Procast Agency has close connection with our educational service department and mainly provides high-spec workforces who mastered Japanese language.
The mother company, Procast group has run business as staffing and worker dispatching agency for over 25 years. We provide Japanese standard service in Kampuchea based on the know-how built-up in Japan.

We have signed an exclusive MOU contract with Kampuchean prestigious universities so that we can find high-level human resources in the early stage. Therefore we can introduce highly capable workforces to not only Japanese companies in Kampuchea but also large domestic companies.

The key of success of staffing service is securing capable human resources and introducing them to companies to meet demands. We have built up know-how to secure workforces in Japan. Based on the experience, we are currently working on constructing a large scale job-information system as a matching website for companies and job seekers, aiming to complete the system in September.
In addition, we would like to spread this system not only in Kampuchea but also around ASEAN countries including Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippine, and Vietnam, getting involved in whole Asian staffing market.
We already informed universities and colleges before opening the website, prospecting obtaining about 1000 registrants as soon as we launch it.

  2. A person in charge visit your office and ask detail.
  3. We choose appropriate personnel based on the detail.
  4. We arrange an interview with candidates chosen from our personnel.
    ※Execution of usage contract is needed before an actual interview. 。
  5. After the interview, you choose which person you would like to hire, then go through the procedure of joining your company.

Service Charge

  • 2 months of payment before tax and allowances + VAT7%
  • You pay 1 month charge after 1 month of hiring then 1 month charge after 3 months of hiring

This is the flow how an applicant enters a job.

  1. We adopt a registration system so you need to register yourself first. First step is to adjust schedule of registration date.
    　※ Any fees are not charged for registration and introduction of work.
  2. Occasional visit registrations are held for those who live far from our office. Please ask the date as needed.
  3. We thoroughly ask your conditions and experiences on the registration day.
    ※ Some occupations such as translator or driver need simple language test(English / Japanese).
  4. We provide job-opening information that meets your condition.
  5. If you find a job to apply, you take first interview with us and then we arrange second interview with the company.
  6. If you receive an acceptance letter, you start the job after the procedure of joining the company.

Service Charge

  • Any fees are not charged for registration and introduction of work.
    We introduce job “without any charges”.

※In case a driver work more than 8 hours a day, the excess hours are charged 1.5 times the regular rate (counted by 30 minutes).
※Weekends including national holidays are charged 1.2 times the regular rate.

Caution
Although we provide high quality workforces who have obtained manners and driving technics, we only have drivers who can speak English / Khmer so interpreters are available as well for you to spend very comfortably.

Caution
Transportation fees on the day are on customers. (Taxi, Tuku-Tuku etc.)
Accommodation fees are on customers if lodging is needed.
Binding hour is 8 hours except 1 hour of lunch break.
If a customer who chose half day (4 hours) service takes more than 4 hours, the rate changes to all day (8 hours ) rate. And even if it does not take 4 hours, discount is not applied.
In case an interpreter work more than 8 hours a day, the excess hours are charged 1.5 times the regular rate.
Weekends including national holidays are charged 1.2 times the regular rate.
